What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, Stronghold collects your name, email, optional phone number, property address or town, project type, preferred timing or roof concerns where provided, and any notes you choose to provide. We record the submission date and your consent to be contacted.

How we use it

We use these details to review your request, contact you, prepare a proposal, and manage the project if you proceed. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored with the website’s hosting provider. The enquiry management area is restricted to authorized Stronghold access. Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate the website. Their infrastructure may process data outside Canada.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to contact you about an enquiry, call (902) 523-5467. Some records may need to be retained for an active project or other required business records.

Cookies and sign-in

Customers do not need an account to send an enquiry once this website is publicly available. Team access uses ChatGPT sign-in and the associated authentication cookies. We have not added advertising trackers to this website.

Please do not include payment card numbers or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
